Belfair Plantation 

With approx. 1,100 acres Belfair, located in Bluffton, was originally a working plantation/farm until the 1970’s, although modern development of the land didn’t begin until 1995. Belfair is truly an incredibly beautiful place . . . surrounded by the waters and marshes of Colleton River the nature has been carefully preserved, showcased by its’ magnificent centerpiece entrance, the Avenue of the Oaks.
