Shelter Cove
Located directly across the street from Palmetto Dunes, Shelter Cove is located on Broad Creek and is home to the largest deepwater marina (15.5 acres) on Hilton Head Island. Every conceivable water sport si available right there including deep-sea fishing excursions, fishing charters, sport crabbing, sail & power boat rental, sightseeing, dolphin, and nature cruises. This 170-slip marina is surrounded by a Mediterranean-style village which includes restaurants, unique boutiques, condos and townhomes.
Many community activities are celebrated on Shelter Cove including a fabulous fireworks display every Tuesday night from May – August, musical events, food & wine festivals, and any number of other activities for you and your family.
Most any type of home ownership is available from single-family private residences to vacation villas, to luxury townhomes which overlook the marina. Included in the Shelter Cove complex are a number of sophisticated and unique shops and galleries, as well as both casual & fine dining restaurants.
