I have the highest regard for Frances Ballario and her professional expertise as a real estate agent. We are so happy with our wonderful villa in Sea Pines, and she made it possible.  

For at least five years I had been receiving e-mail notifications about villas and homes on Hilton Head Island from Frances. Last June, three of us decided to go in on the purchase of a 3 bedroom villa. I called Frances and we set up a weekend to go look very seriously.

For the three weeks prior to our house hunt Frances sent us personal e-mails with photos and descriptive paragraphs of the many villas which fit our parameters. In hot and humid weather, she visited the ones we were interested in, sometimes with a small window of opportunity on a weekend, because they were on rental plans. After the summary, she included her personal opinion about the assets and deficits of each.

When we finally met Frances for our first day of searching from the itinerary she had shared with us, we were so pleasantly surprised by her competence and positive outlook. As the day progressed, I was so relieved because we all said that we had a winner . . . how absolutely lucky we were to have such a great agent.

We looked at about 20 villas; Frances was very helpful, but never pushy. We were relaxed and unstressed when we finally saw the perfect place for us. As we made the journey from the first offer to the closing, Frances saved us time and money as she helped us along that path. She gave us names to choose from to help us select mortgage and insurance companies, attorneys, and home inspectors, and plumbers. Every one of them turned out to be excellent, and to have the highest regard for Frances.

From beginning to end, the entire experience was very positive, because of Frances Ballario's professional and personal qualities. I highly recommend Frances for your real estate needs. We have her telephone number in case any of our guests see that they can enjoy ownership at Hilton Head Island.
